Overview

The Professional Services Consultant develops and delivers detailed technology solutions through consulting project activities.

  • Provide professional services consulting around casino business operations, analysis, mentoring, training and support to casino operators on IGT gaming systems products,
  • Responsibilities include client identification through final invoicing for engagements requiring varied interpersonal and technical skills.
  • Technical responsibilities include problem identification, system architecture definition, hardware/software specification and/or design, implementation, testing, client training, and solution deployment.
  • Performance is typically evaluated based on utilization, (i.e., billable hours).
  • Project management activities include interaction with company and client managers and cost/schedule monitoring.
  • May have some financial responsibilities including project cost estimating, proposal generation, and invoicing.
  • May participate in sales and proposal presentations in addition to completing ongoing team account activities.
  • Identifies additional product/services opportunities in customer organization.

*This position is Remote from Home but candidates must currently reside in Las Vegas, Reno or Gulfport, MS (or surrounding areas) in order to be considered for this opportunity.

Requirements
Two (2) to five (5) years related experience and/or education required, Bachelor's degree preferred
Technical responsibilities include knowledge of casino operational business practices, problem identification, software configuration & implementation, testing, training, and support
Technical aptitude, professional presentation skills and superior customer service skills required
Previous experience providing Mentoring, Training, and Support with software integration requiring varied interpersonal and technical skills
Must be able to work cross functionally with Product Management, Engineering, Course Development, Support and Technical Training Support Services regarding Product Development, Documentation & Internal Training and Readiness
Technical aptitude, professional presentation skills, and superior customer service skills required
Ability to travel on average 50% but up to 80% (frequent and extended for multiple weeks at a time)
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must be able to stand for a full shift
Must pass a background check
Must be able to obtain required gaming licensing approvals with multiple jurisdictions required
Available to work some weekends/holiday's
Work overtime as required
Credit check required

Various other Casino Gaming Products - Tournament Manager or Dynasty ETG
Casino Accounting - Machine Accounting

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $50,000-$101,000. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses.
