A banking institution has a current position open for a Telecommute Banking Institution Customer Relations Representative I.
Must be able to:
Document call information related to the partner referrals, service calls, and call/issue types for trending
Provide input and support to workflow process efficiencies and new
Work closely with internal departments and partners/programs to resolve customer issues
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
Less than one year of related experience
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong customer services skills
Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities
