Are you looking for your next challenge? As a remote Business Analyst you'll join our fast-paced Global Services team and play a key role in designing and implementing industry-leading Trade Promotion Management/SalesForce Automation solutions for global FMCG companies. We are seeking a strong candidate who can use their technical knowledge and broad in-field experience to drive the design and implementation of our product portfolio.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with multi-functional collaborators in workshops and design sessions
  • Build functional specifications and configuration workbooks under the supervision of a Lead

  • Partner with functional teams working across multiple projects to configure and implement client solution

  • Ensure solutions align with customer expectations
  • Monitor and document changes to baseline requirements by recording them into the traceability matrix
  • Investigate, analyse, and resolve issues with software developers

REQUIREMENTS

  • Success as a Business Analyst, Product Owner or Business Consultant

  • Solid grasp of Agile and Waterfall methodologies

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. A second language is a plus
  • Stellar Microsoft Office skills
  • Curious and flexible
  • Thrive in fast paced environments where frequent change is standard
  • Self-starter, committed to going above and beyond

The salary range for this role in Massachusetts is $ 92,300.00 - 153,900.00 USD Annual . Your final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
