This RN Assistant Quality Director will join an experienced team and help oversee all areas of Nursing Quality. These responsibilities include overseeing nurse manager, assistant nurse manager and other Quality Department staff as needed, directing daily operations associated with Quality Management across departments, help direct departmental operations for outcomes, management, and survey readiness, and ensuring that hospital, local, state, and federal rules and regulations are upheld. 

It is required that this RN possess their BSN and active RN licensure in New York. It is also required that this Assistant Nurse Director have previous quality experience as well as previous nurse leadership experience (assistant nurse manager, nurse manager, associate director, and/or director of quality).
