About No Dinx and the Position:
No Dinx is in search of an Account Manager with excellent customer service skills, strong team skills, and excellent attention to detail.
No Dinx is a leading print and design company in Albany. We have a strong athletic/active clientele along with large and small corporate clients.
The position combines sales, significant customer service, working with the art/design team and working directly with the clients.
Must have qualifications:
- Strong customer service experience
- Personable, charismatic, and honest
- Professional demeanor, highly organized and reliable
- Excellent communication skills
- Ambitious with a strong work ethic
- Good computer skills
- Ability to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Willingness to be a team player and to shift gears as needs arise
- Comfortable speaking on the phone with great phone skills
- Resume with job/professional references
- Valid OR Driver’s License

- Previous sales and/or customer service experience
- Strong design/art aesthetic ability

Compensation:
- 40 hour per week, full time, hourly, onsite position

- The starting wage for this position is $19 per hour depending on experience
Job Duties will include:
- Providing excellent customer service to our existing and expanding client base.
- Networking with existing clients.
- Thorough follow-up with all clients.
- Participating in community and extra-curricular business events / functions such as attending Chamber meetings, sales events and/or meetings, and the like.
- Working with Marketing to help develop marketing strategies.
- Customer service
- Greeting & assisting customers
- Managing client orders from conception to quote to completion
- Working as an advocate for your customer with the art/design department and the production team to ensure your customer is receiving excellent service and finished product.
- Additional duties and assistance as needed by the team
- This position reports to the Sales Manager and Owners
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
