GE Healthcare is seeking a remote -Commercial Excellence Leader to further accelerate the adoption and deployment of the right tools, processes, and metrics that drive sustainable organic growth faster than the market. This is a highly visible and critical role that directly impacts commercial effectiveness and sales performance. As the Commercial Excellence Leader, you will be responsible for driving common cross-enterprise standards in translating annual growth strategies into actionable sales activities by developing and maintaining a continuously improving ‘playbook’ of common sales processes, infrastructure, tools and metrics that deliver accelerated growth and measurable customer adoption. You will own/influence sales enablement and fulfillment strategies including ecommerce, commercial business operating guidelines, as well as business analytics across the global commercial organization. High levels of commercial judgment and collaboration is required to achieve desired outcomes. You will report to the Chief Marketing and Commercial Officer of Ultrasound.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive commercial excellence through planning, processes, infrastructure, research and analysis, performance management and budgeting for better commercial execution globally.
  • Develop Go-To-Market models and provide functional support necessary to sell complex solutions and demonstrate tangible proof of value to the decision makers.
  • Create and execute rigorous sales operations processes that integrates the coordinated review and execution of the sales pipeline, account opportunities and leads across the entire enterprise
  • Be accountable for driving initiatives that improve seller performance and productivity measurably and sustainably; develop programs and metrics that increase the adoption of the right sales behaviors and outcomes around pipeline forecasting, win rate, deal visibility and customer retention
  • Drive best practice in digital enablement to give sellers more qualified leads to pursue stronger value propositions and tools and training that increase their productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Information Technology, Finance to deliver comprehensive and profitable outcomes.
  • Develop and implement programs/tools that align with internal partners to ultimately drive improved sales efficiency and process standardization.
  • Interpret internal and external business challenges and generate actionable insights, dashboards and training to improve selling behavior and exceed performance goals.
  • Lead others to find creative solutions to address complex problems. Have the ability to evaluate quality of information received and questions conflicting data for analysis. Use multiple internal and external resources outside of own function to help arrive at a decision.
  • May lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity. Communicates complex messages and negotiates mainly internally with others to adopt a different point of view. Influences peers to take action and may negotiate with external partners, vendors, or customers.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably with an additional, relevant post-graduate business/commercial qualification
  • 7 to 10 years’ experience including a combination of sales operation, sales leadership/management, and/or Commercial Excellence roles.
  •  Experience working in influence-based roles within large, matrixed organizations and working cross functionally with other functions
  • Broad B2B industry experiences including experience in e-commerce and aftermarket services business model.
