Ultimate Staffing is seeking an experienced Recruiter to work with a fantastic company in Bethesda, MD! This is a hybrid role with working 2 days in office and 3 days remote. T
The position is paying $55,000/yr-$65,000/yr depending upon qualifications and experience.

Recruiter Job Responsibilities:
- Full cycle recruiting
- Build and manage client and candidate relationships
- Achieves staffing objectives by candidate sourcing and evaluating job candidates
- Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; and maintaining rapport
- Determines applicant requirements and retains candidates
- Attracts applicants by attending job fairs, job advertisements, contacting recruiters, and using newsgroups and job sites
- 1-2 years of recruiting experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Candidate sourcing and interviewing skills
- Phone, Zoom, and other online meeting platform skills
- Professionalism, organization, and project management skills
- Must have experience working with ATS systems
- Must have experience with MS Office
