Corporate Communications Manager - Employee Experience (Remote)

We are hiring for a new role an expert strategic corporate communications lead to shape and finalize HR-related communications to our 9k+ global employee base.

You are highly skilled at core corporate communications competencies, like working across groups to help build content strategies, content calendars, writing employee and executive communications and presentations, and acting as the final editor for colleagues. But you have something extra you are excited to bring innovation to how we better connect people to the wide variety of offerings of HR Programs that may vary from country to country (like podcasts and video). You don't just tell people what we offer; you have a unique ability to paint a cohesive picture of why it matters. And you enjoy consulting others to deliver a consistent brand voice.

About the role:

You'll be a part of our Global Talent Marketing and Communications team. We support hiring, retention, and engagement marketing and communications. We stay connected and organized by taking in work through quarterly sprints, daily scrums, and collaborating in Asana. Your team includes a storytelling content strategist and an employer brand content writer/designer ; partners with many areas of expertise help to increase our impact on the employee on Instagram gives a snapshot of the stories we're telling.

This role also offers an opportunity to partner with all areas of Human Resources. This includes HR Business Partners and Centers of Expertise ( CoEs ) such as Diversity & Inclusion, Learning, Compensation, Benefits, HR Tech, with a dotted line reporting to the VP of Learning and Development (overseeing HR Transformation, HR Technology, and PMO).

You will also partner closely with corporate marketing partners, including communicators with connected focus areas.

The essential role you'll play:
  • Act as the central POC for all HR-related communications to the 9k+ global employee base.
  • Manage EVP (employer value proposition)/HR calendar of communications.
  • Work closely with the HR (PMO) project management office leader and change management implementation lead in creating and distilling change management communications.
  • EVP voice training teach others how to talk in our employee value proposition (EVP) brand voice by storytelling what we offer and why it matters.
  • Consult with program owners across HR in learning, well-being, diversity & inclusion, and talent mobility, to name a few, to help them plan, edit, finalize, and publish their communications.
  • Partner with the talent marketing team to develop stories that help employees and prospective employees connect to ICF as a great place to work.
  • Help bring our robust external social content strategy to our employees on internal channels, with one voice internally and externally.

    Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (marketing, journalism, or communications preferred) or extensive relevant professional experience.
  • 6+ years of experience working within corporate or human resources communications.
  • Expert communicator in writing and editing company-wide corporate communications demonstrated through writing samples (w e ask that you please submit writing samples with your application).

    Preferred qualifications:
  • Promotion of employee offerings to increase awareness and utilization.
  • A natural ability to politely police everything from random capitalization, brevity, and tense - this is simply who you are and what you do.
  • Experience leading multiple workstreams and collaborating across different groups across an enterprise to influence the best outcomes.
  • Experience creating connections between total rewards, employee well-being, and employee engagement.
  • Demonstrated experience working with Diversity & Inclusion and Employee Business Resources Groups.
  • Experience working for a company with a large geographic footprint (to enhance your understanding of how benefits and employer offerings can vary from country to country based on local laws and currencies).
  • Mastery of Mic rosoft employee communication channels like SharePoint, Yammer, and Stream .
  • Newsletter building expertise using tools like Poppulo .
  • Experience in project management tools like Asana.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is

$97,594.00 - $165,910.00
