A digital gaming marketplace is seeking a Remote Senior Business Talent Acquisition Partner.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
Deeply understanding, influencing, and owning hiring timelines and objectives across our teams
Building and executing effective recruitment strategies that will deliver results
Determining appropriate mix of recruitment partners, vendors and platforms
Required Skills:
6-10 years experience in recruiting, with significant time spent filling senior business roles
Proven ability to proactively drive recruiting processes with hiring managers
Skilled at technical sourcing, boolean search, ultimately leading to developing robust candidate pipelines
Strong communication skills especially in the areas of influence and persuasion
In partnership with hiring managers, ability to understand key elements of roles
Team collaboration at all levels, including other members of a broader HR team
