Job Purpose
This position will be responsible for overseeing and driving application integration projects. Individual will take ownership of a solution offering and develop and execute a strategy while providing expertise in identifying and translating system requirements into business-approved software design documentation.
Essential Functions
- Provide proactive technology leadership, influence, and mastery in architecting, designing, and standardizing software applications (10%)
- Provide in-depth technical expertise (from an infrastructure perspective) on technologies spanning storage, middleware, UNIX (or Microsoft platforms) as well as application platforms such as .NET or J2EE (10%)
- Work with the project leader as the primary interface to all appropriate teams(Design, Build, Run, Poles, and Security) to streamline and ensure a successful design, development, test, and release for each assigned project (20%)
- Manage the variance approval process in the event existing standards do not meet project needs (20%)
- Maintenance of defined project data forms to reflect project status and attributes accurately on a weekly basis (20%)
- Present and defend system/software solution to the Architecture Review Board (20%)

- 8 to 10 years of experience

- Four years of College resulting in a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
