Responsibilities:
Connect with customers via phone and email
Resolve and de-escalate issues
Respond to request for assistance
Document interactions and follow-up
What we are looking for:
Positive attitude
Empathy, Patience, Attentiveness
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
Ability to proactively address customer needs in a timely manner
Focus on customer satisfaction
Previous healthcare experience a plus
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels of staff
Communicate effectively orally and in writing
Drive for results
Requirements:
18 years of age or older
High School Diploma or equivalent
1 year in 1 Job, preferably in customer service environment
Reliable Attendance
Ability to type 25 wpm
Proven oral and written communication skills
Comfort with desktop computer system
Hardwired internet connection with speeds greater than 5MB upload and 10MB download
Secure, private work area at home
Flexibility in schedule availability
