Revenue Operations Manager, Enterprise - North America (Remote, Americas)
Job Description
The Revenue Operations team is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager, North America to tackle the challenge of building and supporting Shopify’s go to market success in the Enterprise space. The right candidate will be able to confidently engage in both operational and go to market work spanning across marketing, business development, sales, professional services, partnerships, and customer success. They will bring creative and divergent thinking to solve problems and pave the way for future scale. A strong understanding of what great operations look like for customer facing teams in the enterprise space is a must.
In this role you will:
Serve as the trusted advisor and thought partner to the Americas Enterprise Sales, Professional Services, Partnerships, and Customer Success leaders
Lead all internal sales processes and operational activities, in order to maximize the sales leaders' time in the field, to support revenue growth and development of their managers and sales reps
Cover core areas such as territory and account planning, delivering targets, pipeline management, supporting accurate forecasting and reporting on sales performance
Develop and drive 'close the gap' plans
Work cross-functionally across the organization on initiatives to increase frontline productivity
Act as the voice of the field on major initiatives and working closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate effective deployment of resources, impactful programs and process/tools that remove friction in the sales process
Drive ad hoc analyses that create meaningful business insights on performance/user metrics and KPIs and impact strategic operational priorities
Identify opportunities for process improvement and work closely with global Revenue Excellence teams to develop process improvement opportunities and prioritize opportunities for improvement
