A company that develops software is seeking a Remote Human Resources Consultant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
Planning and executing talent initiatives,
Supporting Talent Rhythm of the Business across client groups
Operating as a member of the HR team
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
6 + years of HR or related business experience
Background with organizations that are technical and of global business communities
Business acumen and understanding of data and metrics across the organization
Strong change management skills, coaching, organizational assessment of talent skills
