Who We're Looking For:

We're seeking an experienced Director of Field Staffing to support and drive recruitment goals for our experiential marketing campaigns. Overseeing a team of recruiters, the Director of Field Staffing will drive the following: recruitment, research, screening, and scheduling of candidates for employment opportunities in experiential marketing campaigns. They will be an innovative member in helping develop cutting-edge tools/processes to meet high volume, national recruitment needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Work with account teams and regional field leads in various markets to identify brand ambassador & field-staff needs, total call numbers, forecasted no-call, no-show rates to determine total net need; attend all applicable meetings and provide weekly updates.
• Develop recruitment programs, budgets and collateral to attract applicants and fill all openings in given regions/roles; ideate and manage job postings in consultation with HR.
• Develop and maintain a strategic network of qualified brand ambassador staff to provide immediate lift for field managers.
• Ensure recruiters are meeting goals for scheduling of upcoming interviews / job fairs / interview sessions; establish & maintain SLA's for all communication with candidates
• Ensure that all hiring processes are compliant with client guidelines
• Research, recommend, coordinate, and participate in job fairs; makes public presentations at job fairs, organizations, and schools through community recruitment initiatives
• Develop and maintain contacts with strategic groups and organizations to find and attract high volume of candidates
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

Qualifications

• Client Service - Provide top-notch service for internal client stakeholders, providing thought-partnership to achieve recruitment goals
• Must have a minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience in leadership in Talent Acquisition; prior management of direct reports, proven track record of developing internal talent acquisition processes & teams
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written
• Initiative - Engage in proactive behavior and looks for new project opportunities
• Adaptability - Have ability to swim in ambiguity , working with broader team to achieve recruitment goals in fast-paced environments
• Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Keynote skills
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
• Experience in one or more of the following industries preferred: event staffing, brand ambassador/promotional model recruitment, high volume recruitment
• Ability to pass a background check
• There may be physical demands, requiring employee to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs. Travel may be required as needed
