We are looking for a passionate people analytics and assessment practitioner to join our high impact talent management team. In this role, you will engage across all of our businesses to help take assessment and talent analytics to the next level. You’ll drive standard methodology in these areas and help ensure coordinated solutions that align to our broader strategy. The types of people you’ll engage and partner with will be diverse and varied across our business units and geographies, including business unit HR, talent and DEI partners, HRIS, senior leaders, and external partners. You will need to quickly gain a nuanced understanding of current state to continue to evolve our approach to meet the needs of our business. This role is on the Talent Management & Acquisition team at Masco’s Company Headquarters in Livonia, MI, however the incumbent can work remote.


What You’ll Do:


  • Be part investigator, scientist, creator, project manager, consultant, and coach; Act as an advisor shaping strategy and enabling implementation of a wide array of talent assessments and our broader talent analytics approach across levels and different collaborator groups; Bring to bear your professional expertise to evolve and improve upon our assessment and analytics strategy to align leading practice with business need

  • Support and coach our businesses to embed assessments into relevant talent practices and to align and leverage people data to link to strategic goals and enable initiatives

  • Think strategically about talent analytics, connecting the dots to get the right data to the right people at the right time; Appropriately frame, analyze and design attractive ways to translate metrics and data into the right message for the right audience

  • Craft and produce high quality tools and collateral to be used by Leaders, HRBPs and colleagues to enable the embedding of assessment tools and practices

  • Monitor, leverage, and improve upon relevant enterprise metrics and key performance indicators to address specific talent trends and needs

  • Build and cultivate positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders


Who you are:


  • You have expertise in talent assessment and analytics, ideally 7+ years of experience focused in this space; a Master’s Degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology or related field is a plus

  • You are knowledgeable about a variety of selection and development assessments and people analytics tools. You are passionate about this space and about staying up to date on leading practice.

  • You have demonstrated effective influencing and communication skills; Experience coaching others on complex challenges and initiatives

  • You are both a strategist and someone who can dive in and get work done and thrive when you are doing both; Your skilled at making the complex simple and enjoy building tools and materials for different audiences to support enablement

  • You are flexible and adaptable to change and move quickly; priorities shift and unanticipated things happen, your comfortable navigating through it

  • You’re a self-guided problem solver, comfortable working in the grey, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. You can take something that’s loosely defined, jump-in and take it to the next step.

  • You may have experience working with organization units that are dispersed, decentralized, or multi-unit

  • You enjoy working remotely, or office/remote hybrid, with occasional inter-office travel.
