Reporting to the Senior Manager and working closely with the team, this position will support our global office as well as various other projects for the corporate consolidation and reporting team.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with financial statement preparation, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flows, shareholder’s equity and disclosures; accurately and on a timely basis
Prepare or assist in preparing additional monthly and quarterly reporting, including debt covenant compliance and key business metrics.- Be a key contributor in the generation of our annual audited financial statements and supporting schedules
Review quarterly balance sheet and P&L variance analysis and prepare a consolidated analysis
Support in the researching and implementing of technical accounting interpretations and pronouncements
Assist in ensuring the accounting teams are in compliance with internal policies and procedures
Work with regional finance teams to align accounting policies and procedures for key areas globally
Coordinate with tax and international controllers on various global and statutory reporting requirements
Support business with questions and ad hoc reporting requests
Participate in special projects as required (e.g., global ERP implementation, M&A integration)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
5-7 years of public accounting or global consolidation/reporting experience
CPA is highly preferable
Knowledge of ERP systems Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus
Must be organized and detail oriented
Self-motivated and ability to multi-task
Effective at pacing teams to meet deadlines, while also supporting accuracy and attention to details
Ability to collaborate with multiple departments and work as a team
Excellent written and verbal communications skills for communicating issues to management
Critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
