We are a fast-growing multi-family property management company looking for a Property Manager to join our team!
Job Summary: Effectively managing and coordinating people, activities, and available resources to maximize the successful operation of the property. Ensures the operations of the property complies with the policies and procedures, Fair Housing and other applicable laws and regulations governing our operations. Property Manager is fully accountable for all day-to-day property operations. The purpose of this position is to effectively manage and coordinate persons, activities, and available resources to accomplish property objectives as set forth by the Property Owner.
Great customer service with tenants and potential tenants is a must with goal of leasing and maintaining maximum occupancy for a 240-unit property.
As Property Manager, you will facilitate the activities of a business owner to ensure that your team is empowered to perform, deliver, and exceed the expectation.
You will perform as a business owner to your community; setting the tone for how it operates and empowering your team members to deliver successful results.
Mold and grow your community team to the goals of our organization while serving as mentor who celebrates their successes and creates opportunity to grow from within.
Unwavering commitment to providing the best customer service and a can-do attitude with a willingness to roll up their sleeves when the project calls for it. Adaptability to support all the roles within your community and the flexibility to wear every hat. Gathers, analyzes, and interprets current market and economic trends that may impact the property and implements short- and long-range marketing and leasing strategies to achieve the property’s occupancy and revenue goals.
Skills
- Proven work experience as property manager with 400 units
- Fully understanding property management and its financial aspects
- In depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management
- Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software
- Customer focus and bottom-line orientation
- Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills
- Well organized with excellent time management skills
- BS degree in related field or the equivalent (preferred)
- OneSite experience (preferred)

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
