Inside Sales Support

Pacific Lumber & Truss Co is a full service Lumber and truss manufacturing facility. We are locally owned and operated in the Beaverton area. We are looking for experienced inside sales support person who has experience in the building materials industry. Pacific Lumber & Truss Co. offers Competitive salary, paid vacation, Paid Sick time, medical & dental benefits, 401K investment, 401K match. This position is a Monday – Friday.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide counter service by taking telephone or in person orders and responding to Customer requests. Resolve Customer and merchandise problems. Support Outside Sales Representatives by supporting Customer needs.
• Service current customers by responding to customer needs for products and emphasize merchandise quality. Customer contact may be in person or over the telephone.
• Advise customers on various products.
• Quote prices and credit terms and prepare sales contracts for orders obtained. Estimate delivery dates for Customer based on knowledge of Company's production and delivery schedules.
• Track Deliveries and follow up on delayed deliveries.
• Perform any other duties, responsibilities and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Computer skills are essential for this position
• Professional communication skills with both customers and employees.
• Great Customer Service Skills
• Facilitate will-call traffic and provide support for outside sales.
• Excellent punctuality is a must.

Salary: $45,000 to $85,000 depending on experience.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
