Operations Spec I (Remote)
Overview
This is a remote position working in the United States.
We are looking for a candidate with data entry experience and working with deductions/clearing.

Omni offers management of all major functions of supply chain/logistics, accounting/finance, sales and marketing and search engine optimization.
OeP is seeking a motivated, driven individual who would like to learn how to manage the organizations growing supply chain operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, a self-starter, collaborative, and demonstrates a strong sense of ownership with the ability to prioritize.
Responsibilities
- Execution of shipment processing and reconciliation on Amazon.
- Maintain and optimize current product listings ensuring accurate customer facing information and content on all Fulfillment by Amazon items across multiple brands.
- Prepare, analyze, and summarize sales and inventory data.
- Devise creative and effective supply chain/shipping approaches, solutions, and proposals.
- Collaborate with internal supply chain and accounting partners as well as external parties in daily maintenance of our supported brands.
- Proactively communicates solution-based challenges and brand updates weekly.
- Track KPIs and report on supply chain performance
Qualifications
- Amazon experience and Vendor and or Seller Central experience is a plus
- At least 1-year experience in Supply Chain, Logistics Coordinator, Account Management, or similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with supply chain processes (e.g., Inventory planning, logistics, warehouse management)
- Understanding of eCommerce and retail in a virtual environment is not necessary but preferred.

- NetSuite
- Quickbooks
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Able to travel if necessary.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Economics, Business Analytics, Mathematics, or related field is preferred.
- Willing to consider other candidates with adequate experience.
