Shift: M-F 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM

This is a role well suited to an ambitiousprofessional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Customer Service Engineer 3,you will be responsible for:

• Performs complex equipmentinstallation, trial runs, investigative tests, repairs and overhauls.
• Performs complex productand service training to customers. Performs complex maintenance using tools,test equipment, etc., and completes and documents all installations,inspections, maintenance and repair work, and failures.
• Performs service on compleximaging systems.
• Communicates and interfaceswith customer personnel to provide quality service and feedback on problemevaluation and resolution.
• Performs assessment ofcomplex product/equipment performance based on field support data andrecommends modifications or improvements.
• May participate in thenegotiation and administration of service or systems contracts.

• You have the ability andexperience to establish and maintain proper business relationships withcustomers and peers, as well as performing necessary administrative dutiesaccurately
• You have experience intesting, repairing and maintaining capital medical equipment
• You have strong customerservice and communication skills
• You are proficient in theuse of tools and service test equipment
• You have experience intesting, repairing and maintaining capital medical equipment

Required skills to have for thesuccess of this role

• Associates degree inElectronics or 1-2 years of vocational technical training preferred. HS diplomaor equivalent required. Specialized skill training/certification may berequired.
• Knowledge and Experience: Successfully demonstrates thorough/ advancedknowledge of a technical or specialty area. Generally, 8-12 years of successfulexperience in X-ray and successful demonstration of KeyResponsibilities and Knowledge as presented above. Strong Customer serviceskills are a requirement.
• Direction of Others: Mayprovide general guidance to others and train lower level employees.
• Key WorkingRelationships: Frequentinter-organizational and external contacts.
• Individual must possess avalid Driver's license in good standing.
• Individual must be at least21 years of age in order to participate in the required Siemens vehicle plan.
