Reporting to the Frontline Team Lead, you'll play an essential role in our support engineering team ensuring that our customers are equipped and able to maximize the use of our products. The position is based in our Portland, USA office and has a hybrid work arrangement.


Our code saves trees. After 20 years of building paper-saving print management software, we still have our first employees, first resellers, and first customers.
