You're a student because you'll need to learn everything you can about our storied 45-year history, cool culture, and down-to-earth brand. (Not to mention our services and multiple industries) You're a motivational speaker because you have a passion for inspiring others to make a big decision, like learning more about us. And you're an alchemist because you'll help turn technical, potentially leaden-prosed topics into pure gold content that gets potential clients and employees as excited about our industry as we are. Here's what you'll be doing: + Producing engaging pieces that showcase our projects, services, and expertise + Collaborating with our Social Media Coordinator to develop social media content that focuses on our corporate initiatives-including providing suggested messaging our employees can share + Writing compelling project and people stories for our in-house newsletter + Supporting marketing leads across the company by helping create press releases and website content + Supporting corporate PR efforts, including media monitoring, distribution list development, and release distribution + Researching how best to promote POWER via awards and surveys (such as Top Workplaces, Best Place to Work, etc.) Your skills: + Great storyteller with the ability to persuade + Writes clear, concise, and grammatically correct copy + Keen attention to detail and accuracy + Changes voice/tone as necessary to appeal to various target audiences + Self-motivated, well-organized, and a multi-tasker with a reverence for strict deadlines + Empathetic, flexible and team-oriented, with a support and service mindset + Capable of receiving and learning from critical feedback + Results-oriented, with a nerdy love for data This position can be based out of any POWER office location with the ability to work a hybrid schedule (office/WFH) or be remote.
