About the team
The Sr.
Order to Cash Process Analyst, is a member of the AR Strategy and Process team.
This group is part of the BeAR (Billing, eCommerce and AR) team within Finance Shared Services, and is responsible for optimizing and standardizing operational processes executed by the billing, cash applications and collections operations teams, our BPO and automation intended to deliver timely, complete, accurate and scalable services.
The team supports all products (including Amazon Affiliate billing, Bridge Interactive, Dotloop, IMT, New Construction, Premier Agent, Flex, ShowingTime, StreetEasy, Mortech, Marketplace Mortgages and Zillow Offers) with the current exception of Rentals, Zillow Closing Services and Zillow Home Loans.
In addition, the team also performs miscellaneous billing of subleases, sale of assets, etc.

We are looking for a Sr.
Order to Cash Process Analyst who will join us in our mission to deliver timely, complete, accurate and scalable Order to Cash processes.
This role has been categorized as a Remote position.
"Remote" employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company.
Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions.
In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.
In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York City and Washington the standard base pay range for this role is $64,700.00 - $103,300.00 Annually.
This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York City and Washington and may not be applicable to other locations.
In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location.
Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

About the role
We are looking for a Sr.
Order to Cash Process Analyst who will join us in our mission to deliver timely, complete, accurate and scalable Order to Cash processes.
- Support the centralization of Order to Cash functions to the BeAR (Billing, eCommerce and AR) department through the review and standardization of processes designed to deliver timely, accurate, complete and scalable services
- Leverage experience in billing, cash applications and/or collections to develop optimal processes for these functions at Zillow Group
- Apply process management experience and skills to take process review and evaluation from concept to implementation
- Review new processes for optimal design and function
- Drive the efficiency of processes through innovation and ultimately automation of processes
- Monitor and review the execution of existing processes for further refinement
- Prepare process documentation, Standard Operating Procedures, process mapping and flows and other related documentation
- Evaluate processes for adherence to Internal Controls and minimization of the associated risk

Who you are
- Bachelor's Degree or minimum 5 years of related experience preferred
- Proven knowledge of order to cash processes
- Experience with process development and documentation required
- Experience or certification with continuous improvement, Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen a plus
- Proven experience leading multiple projects
- Proven performance in delivering meaningful improvements to the business
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Solid understanding of SalesForce and Zuora preferred
- Strong Excel skills
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Google Docs
