Job Purpose and Impact
The Senior Asset Integrity Engineer will perform complex maintenance practices, resource management and tools and processes controls to maintain and improve capacity utilization and quality standards realized through a focus on the engineering and technical operations for our organization. In this role, you will execute the work as selected and needed by the production team through the application of principles, concepts and standards, solving complex problems to improve the organizations products and services.

This position is open for relocation within the United States only. Locations: Blair, NE, Eddyville, IA and Cedar Rapids, IA.

In this role, you will execute the work as selected and needed by the production team through the application of principles, concepts and standards, solving complex problems to improve the organizations products and services.
Key Accountabilities
- Execute specific equipment maintenance for each asset involved with containing, controlling or safeguarding a process to ensure the ongoing mechanical and structural integrity of plant equipment.
- Implement, monitor and maintain best practices to improve operational effectiveness through continuous improvement and reliability excellence methods and tools.
- Complete risk analysis of new designs and processes and maintain the mechanical integrity of new installations and existing systems.
- Monitor capitalized repair and replacement projects, mitigate complex risk issues and removes barriers to ensure completion of milestones within budget.
- Complete testing and analysis on failures, proposing changes in design or formulation to improve system and or process reliability.
- Recommend and approve design, repair or test methods and statistical process control procedures for achieving required levels of product reliability.
- Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of four years of related work experience
- API 510/570/653 Certifications
- AWS CWI/SCWI Certification
- ASNT Level III Certification
- Strong knowledge of codes and standards like NBIC, ASME, ASNT, API, ASTM, NFPA
- PCMS experience
