Digital Broadcast Coordinator - Remote or In-Person

We are looking for a Digital Broadcast Coordinator to join our embedded team with our client, a major entertainment and telecommunications company. Overall Purpose:
The Technical Operations group, responsible for IT services, broadcast engineering, production and operations including Master Control and digital streams, is looking to expand its current team with a primary focus on supporting the Apps, OTT, and VOD.
This role is located in Denver, Colorado.
The TVE project Coordinator will be part of a small team tasked with ensuring on-air reliability for 10 Sports linear channels and digital streams.Essential Functions

• Must assess and direct traffic to resolve escalated customer problems and initiates calls/e-mails to various support organizations as needed (WideOrbit, EDM, Brightcove, Adobe Prime, InterTech, etc.)
• Provide technical support for internal and external customers for our digital Platforms and website
• Open, update, and close trouble tickets Proficiency measured primarily by working with third-party partners to fix issues
• Work closely with internal and external groups to ensure proper documentation is provided to support our TVE platforms
• Manage the TVE streaming analytics metrics for our Apps (iOS and Android)
• Assist on the on-boarding process of new affiliates into our TVE platforms
• Create needed documentation for end-users manuals, FAQ, contact us forms, etc.
• Oversee both test and production environment stages of the project
• Review, follow-up and validate all milestone deliverables with contractors in a timely manner
• Effectively communicate with clients and various levels of management
• Handle multiple forms of electronic communication-related projects in the organization
• Participate in Team Meetings and follow up with meeting tasks and to-do lists

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Must have experience with WideOrbit, Brightcove and Adobe Prime software.
• 4+ yrs extensive knowledge of TVE- mobile applications and web platforms technical support-
• 3+ yrs experience in an on-air broadcast environment or an equivalent highly critical monitoring environment
• 3+ yrs experience exhibiting overall understanding and knowledge of the television production process, broadcast operations, and news/sports/entertainment technical production requirements
• 2 yrs work experience in a fast-paced environment requiring troubleshooting and process skills, and exhibiting an ability to effectively lead, prioritize and adapt to changing scenarios
• 2 yrs work experience showing strong computer, communication, and facilitation skills
• Proficient in data analytics and metrics - Proficient Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Formulas, Functions, Data Processing, VLOOKUP
• Intermediate to expert-level skills with online PM tools (e.g.
  MS Project)
• Data entry and database management must be highly accurate
• A track record of meeting or exceeding performance expectations

Desired

• BA/BS in related field or equivalent work experience
• 4+ yrs experience in related field
• Experience with internet streaming devices
• Extensive and significant experience, understanding and knowledge of digital broadcast and production technical systems, standards, and processes
• Technical experience with automated, real-time systems, digital video and audio, troubleshooting and testing techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
