Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) - Local Contracts

_Gifted Healthcare Education Services_ is currently seeking experienced school-based Speech Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs) for the 2022-2023 school year. Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants support the speech-language pathologist in the assessment and treatment of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.

*Job Details:.

* 2022 - 2023 school year
* Full time | Monday-Friday | 37.5 hours/week
* 1-2 years minimum of school experience
* Pre-K - 12 caseload
* Must have New Mexico license - will fingerprint with district

*Responsibilities:.

* Implement speech and language programs or activities as planned and directed by SLP
* Follow documented treatment plans and protocols developed by the supervising SLP
* Program and provide instruction in the use of augmentative and alternative communication devices
