Position Responsibilities:
Learning technology domain expertise with strong technology development background
Experience in handling large scale LMS implementations and support projects
Experience in handling LMSs including CornerStone OnDemand, Moodle, SumTotal, SABA
Experience in major e-learning development tools
Should be an expert in learning standards like SCORM & AICC
Content and data - perform content loading, set up, testing, and troubleshooting in order to ensure flawless integration of all courseware, Maintenance of LMS and 3rd party course content. Verify LMS learner data and profiles to ensure appropriate learning is delivered to the target audience(s).
Work with IT and support all upgrade, new release, configuration change processes for LMS system enhancements. Work with key stakeholder groups to ensure LMS functionality needs are understood. Work with HR IT groups to resolve data accuracy issues
Position Qualifications:
