PR Account Supervisor-(Public Relations Agency/Remote)

SALARY: $80-100K

We have been a flexible workplace for over a decade, giving employees the power to choose where and when they work. Our new Account Supervisor will support VPs to lead account teams, foster agency talent, provide client counsel, develop strategic plans, and achieve measurable results.

The ideal candidate can think and write strategically and inspire client confidence. Simply put, this pro needs to be a persuasive and effective communicator who is obsessed with results.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and inspire account teams to deliver award-worthy results and creative thinking
Lead relationships and communication with daily client contacts; provide strategic and creative client counsel, instill client confidence
Drive high-level and impactful earned media results
Develop and execute integrated campaigns working across all agency divisions (public relations, paid media, social media, influencers, partnerships, etc.)
Support strategic planning and budget development; efficiently manage client budgets
Support organic and new business opportunities

Minimum Requirements and Skills:
5+ years of agency experience
Team leadership capabilities
Strong, persuasive writing and oral communication
Strategic thinker and resourceful problem solver
Organized and motivated
Positive attitude and inspiring
Trend watcher and constant learner
Experience managing budgets
Solid references
