As an agent, you’ll be : Retaining customers with your problem solving skills Assisting customers by offering products and services based on the customers’ needs Developing relationships with customers Advocating the brand and building customer loyalty This position is 100% inbound, new and existing customers only - no cold calling You would be a great fit if you have: 1 years’ experience with Retention, Sales, and/or Collections The ability to de-escalate customers and solve complex issues under tight time frames Excellent active listening and verbal/written communication skills Strong computer skills, with the ability to multi-task using a wide range of software applications and programs Do you have experience working in a Retention, Sales, or Collections environment?
