IT Program Manager - Remote

Position Purpose:Define and implement both project management practice and discipline at the corporate level. Oversee large enterprise programs and complex strategic projects with responsibility for planning, organizing, staffing, leading and controlling program activities. Lead activities relating to business operations within the Service and Operations organizations
Support and guide business case development and requirements definition
Work with multiple Practice Leads on planning and strategy
Problem solving to address operational issues
Reporting status and information requests to executive leadership
Experience/Experience:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Services, Business or related field or equivalent experience
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects and activities within a common ITSM/PPM theme
PMP certification
ITIL Experience
ServiceNow ITBM/SPM experience and cost tracking concepts
Financial planning and reporting
Common Service Data Model / Configuration Management Database (CMDB) knowledge
Strategic thinking with ability to identify solutions to address business goals and challenges
Self-directed with the ability to work with minimal direction
