Technical Support Analyst

Spang & Company has an opening for a Technical Support Analyst at itscorporate office in Pittsburgh, PA. This position will serve as the initial point of contact for end-user IT support and provide hardware and software support for PC users and assist with administrative tasks associated with PC and network support. The Technical Support Analyst will collaborate with Senior Technical Support Analysts and other IT staff on tasks or incidents involving user visibility. Problem resolution may involve the use of diagnostic and help request tracking tools, as well as require that the individual give in-person, hands-on help at the desktop level.

An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or Computer Science is preferred. Experience in a technical position with responsibilities for the support of Windows workstations, basic office software applications, and voice and data networks is preferred. Experience gained through internships is acceptable.
