Technical Assistance and Outreach Specialist
ICF is a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial, multi-faceted consulting company, and we are growing our health IT and health data capabilities. We are seeking a Technical Assistance and Outreach Specialist who will manage activities that support project stakeholders and provide communications and outreach support to a large-scale, multi-million-dollar Federal health IT and health data analytics project.
What you will be doing:
Support program tracking including status of publications, committee/working group action items and issue tracking.
Identify new system features to improve user experience, provide support to test new features and collaborate with IT resources to report and resolve website and user issues
Develop new webinars and slide presentations, update online tutorials.
Support webinars and presentations including preparing the agendas and meeting invitations, webinar hosting and support, and preparation of minutes.
Develop presentation-ready materials for meetings and post related meeting materials to contract web page.
Respond to general technical assistance requests.
Develop an annual publications report
Develop and implement an outreach initiative, produce promotional materials, create a quarterly newsletter, and disseminate information about news and events.
Ability to produce deliverables on-time, within budget, and of exceptionally high technical quality
What you must have:
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of 5 years' experience that is related to health research and communications support `
Ability to obtain U.S. government public trust clearance
What we'd like you to have:
Experience supporting federal government contracts.
Experience with/understanding of health data.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final salary for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The salary range for Colorado is -
$60,598.00 - $103,017.00Nationwide Remote Office (US99)
