Job DescriptionREMOTE POSITION - work from home virtually | No experience necessary - WILL TRAIN THE RIGHT PERSON The Mortgage Protection industry is a rapidly-growing market and we are seeking a self starter, who wants to impact families through their work. Someone who is looking to grow and develop the skills needed to be a successful insurance agent. You will be responsible for expanding the company's book of business by selling various types of insurance policies to new and existing clients. This is a work from home position with great earning potential and no cold calling. The right candidate would be highly driven and self-motivated while also being coachable as we will train the right person. This position allows you to focus on your personal production, but we are seeking individuals with a desire to own their own business and build their own agency. Click here to learn more and schedule an interview: We provide & continuously train on our phone & presentation scripts; in addition, we offer: * We focus primarily on MORTGAGE PROTECTION but also work with other products such as, final expense, debt free life, and retirement solutions. * Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients * Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs * Resolve client inquiries and complaints * Expand business reach through networking techniques * Comply with insurance standards and regulations * Work your Own Schedule * Personalized Mentorship Program & Ongoing Training Calls Qualifications: * Ability to build rapport with clients * Strong negotiation skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to prioritize and multitask Benefits : * Medical, Dental and Life Insurance * Earn 80-100K average commission first year full time income * Commissions paid daily * Work only with clients that have requested information - NO COLD CALLING or door-to-door sales! * Having a license is a plus but we will train the right person, with no experience necessary.
