Job Description
The Construction Project Coordinator - South Jersey will:
Provide overall support to entire project management team
Assist in meeting minutes and handle administrative duties
Build and maintain rapport with architects, subcontractors, and vendors.
Understand contractor and subcontractor agreements under the Project Manager
Assist with Project Schedule. budget, and reporting

The Successful Applicant
The successful Construction Project Coordinator - South Jersey will have the following:
2+ years of construction experience, preferably with a General Contractor
Experience with project management software
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
