THE TEAM

The mission of the Store Operations Department is to uphold the daily standards of operational excellence in our stores, support special initiatives, and identify sales driving and profit maximizing opportunities.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is experiencing exponential growth, and our Store Operations team is growing with it! This is a unique opportunity to join the team responsible for upholding the standards of operational excellence across our existing stores and upcoming innovative store concepts in exciting new markets. As the Director, Store Operations you will play a pivotal role in validating daily operations, supporting in special initiatives, and identifying opportunities to drive sales and maximize profits in the stores within your region. THE ROLE

As the Director, Store Operations, you will:

  • Uphold the daily standards of operational excellence in our stores, and identify and communicate opportunities for improvement
  • Be the front-end, single point of contact identifying and advocating for new infrastructure, and supporting new store openings and events on the ground
  • Identify, solve, and/or escalate sales driving or profit maximizing opportunities, and protect the business in response to extenuating incidents


THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Director, Store Operations has:
  • Proven and best-in-class skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in Retail or other relevant Business Management, MBA preferred
  • A commitment to learn, apply, champion, and enrich Aritzia's Values, Business and People Leadership principles
  • The skills to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomes
  • The ability to set clear objectives and design a strategy that inspires the team
