THIS IS NOT A TELEWORK POSITION. CANDIDATE WILL BE REQUIRED TO WORK IN THE OFFICE. 


 This posting will be used to fill an OPS position.


Current employees will be compensated in accordance with the DCF salary policy. 


This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week.


Business hours are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST, Monday - Friday.


Salary: $15.75/HR.








Required Minimum Qualifications:






+ A high school diploma or its equivalent.


+ Note: Be prepared to provide a copy of your degree/diploma or request official transcripts from your school. All documents must be in English, clear, and legible, showing all signatures and pertinent details. Foreign degrees must be validated by a third party to meet the US equivalency requirements. All costs are the responsibility of the applicant.







+ At least one (1) year of clerical work in a professional setting or contact/ customer service experience serving members of the public.






Preference will be given to candidates who meet the following criteria:



+ Excellent writing and verbal skills


+ Experience with Microsoft Office tools.






JOB DESCRIPTION


This position reports directly to the Hope Florida Program office. This position will function as a Clerk. This is a professional position which is responsible for helping customers that are in crisis by accessing a wide variety of services and resources that can assist staff, as well as the customers.





Specific Duties and Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:



+ Demonstrating professionalism competency, working well with others.


+ Communicating clearly, and effectively listening to customers.


+ Talking to others to effectively convey information.


+ Assist with other duties as requested.
