This position will have a particular focus on school partnerships & campus recruitment in support of Therapy, Nursing and Non-Clinical Support Service Departments across the enterprise.

Both local travel and travel across the northeast will be required to attend events, establish relationships, lead presentations, participate in interviews and connect to students across all relevant channels.

The Talent Acquisition Strategist plays a vital role in supporting, creating, and executing strategies to increase the number of candidates that the "Post Acute Family of Companies" receives for open positions with a strong focus on the Therapy Department & critical nursing roles (RN, LPN, CNA, HHA).

The Talent Acquisition Strategist provides significant consultation and educational support regarding talent acquisition processes and best practices to executives, administrators, HR staff and hiring managers. The Talent Acquisition Strategist is assigned to support critical roles in therapy and nursing across the enterprise. This role focuses on the development of candidate attraction and sourcing strategies, marketing and branding campaigns, candidate experience initiatives, workforce recruitment programs as well as projects to improve or enhance Talent Acquisition processes and systems. Assigned projects have significant scope, generally with organization-wide impact and are on-going in nature.

Goals will be achieved through the development of local and regional recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative/innovative ideas. The Talent Acquisition Strategist is responsible for employing the most advanced techniques for analyzing recruitment trends in an effort to attract the best talent through continuous research; leveraging data to build and expand metrics that measure effectiveness and ROI of associated programs and ensure a competitive advantage.

From: USD $60,000.00/Yr. Qualifications:
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or higher plus three to eight years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Previous experience in agency and/or executive search strongly preferred.
Previous experience in health care or related industry strongly preferred.
Hands on experience filling challenging clinical and/or professional roles in a high-volume recruitment environment using advanced and innovative sourcing techniques required.
Demonstrated leadership ability to coach and counsel others on best practices and recruiting processes.
Demonstrated ability to establish oneself as a strategic, consultative partner and build highly effective relationships across the organization.
Experience in developing and delivering recruitment strategies and processes to improve outcomes via metrics and reporting (decreased time to fill, increased quality of hire, etc.) required.
Experience successfully managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders with a consistent track record of delivering on-time, high quality results.
Experience developing and implementing targeted social media campaigns.
Passion for networking and the ability to engage and convert passive talent.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, iCIMS or other ATS, Text Recruit, Linked-in, Indeed, and other similar recruitment platforms.
Knowledge of state and federal employment laws.
Ability to mentor and or manage more junior team members.
Flexibility to travel locally and regionally required (approximately 50%).
