What You'll be Doing Reporting to the Head of Integrated Sales this position is responsible for originating and driving transformational sales leveraging TTEC's full end to end capabilities spanning our Engage Digital solutions for new business pursuits with prospective or existing clients. This includes the complete understanding of the accounts, the identification, and relationship establishment of true C-level decision makers to drive global engagement that incorporates TTEC's full customer experience as a services capability. You'll achieve success through incorporating next level services into your conversations including consulting, big data analytics, virtual agents, AI, Intelligent Automation = tech talent. During a Typical Day, You'll Lead the acquisition of new business within accounts, and acquisition of new clients in the areas of customer experience combining our tech talent Be the CX transformation subject matter expert positioning TTEC's unique market positioning to prospects and key customers Manage all stages of the sales process as you work with multiple team members using your collaborative leadership approach and strategic planning to achieve sales goals and quotas Develop C-level executive relationships within clients and leverage TTEC senior executives in a strategic manner. Be the trusted advisor to client prospects in offering solutions using effective sales strategies by demonstrating an understanding of their goals, urgencies, and customer experience challenges What You Bring to the Role 15 years' experience in a technology and services sales environment, with experience in outsourced services (customer care, technology, back office, middle office) Verifiable experience selling & solutioning combined complex technology and services solutions Evidence of prior and consistent success meeting targets for multi-year, multi-million-dollar deals with tech enabled services that enhance efficiency and productivity Experience accessing C-level and senior relationships within target client organizations and influence purchase and buying decisions Comfortable working solely and as part of a team in an evolving environment COMPENSATION & BENEFITS The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $185,000 - $220,000. This position also is eligible to participate in an annual incentive plan. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education or skill levels.
