As Email Marketing Manager (f/m/d) you are responsible for the holistic management of email marketing activities of Siemens Digital Industry with following tasks:
Continuously expand our email marketing strategy for new customer acquisition and existing customer retention
Develop segmentation and communication strategies for individual customer targeting
Implement new campaigns and/or changes based on business needs
Setup automated and triggered email campaigns
Develop lead generation strategies via email marketing
Implement A/B testing and identify potential for improvement
Create analyses and reports
Track KPIs and success metrics, and measure impact of optimization and new initiatives
Act in close collaboration with the businesses, marketing, and communication team
What you need to make real what matters.
You hold a degree in marketing, computer science, communication, or a comparable discipline
To bridge the gap between communications, marketing, and sales in a complex software driven ecosystem you need an affinity to IT and data in general
You have several years of professional experience in Marketing and Communication within the B2B area
You have proven experience in marketing automation platform
In addition, you bring proven track record in delivering complex digital marketing projects with an agile setup on a global scale
You have good knowledge of a state-of-the-art marcom concepts, practices, metrics, and procedures
Superior Communication Skills: You are fluent in English and are able to explain complex topic in an engageable way. Other languages are a plus
Be a reliable partner: You are a team player who delivers results on time and in high quality
Flexible Work: You have experience working with global and remote teams and are willing work in an agile environment
