Accounting Specialist
Robert Half is currently seeking an Accounting Specialist for a large client in the Eagan, Minnesota area. This Accounting Specialist will provide support with accounts receivable, accounts payable, simple account analysis and research. This individual would be a key player for the Accounting team and would report to the Accounting Manager. Job Responsibilities:
-Enter cash payment activities
-Balance all payment batches to ensure accuracy
-Assist in resolving accounting issues on pending transactions
-Perform routine analysis and research as assigned
-Assist in maintaining appropriate coding and tracking for invoices, expenses, and purchase orders
-Support accounts payable and accounts receivable duties
Requirements
Qualifications:
-High School Diploma required
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Demonstrated ability to organize and structure work to focus on the areas of most importance
-Works effectively with others in different functions or groups
-Experience with Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
-Detail-oriented and works well multi-tasking
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel software
