LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a Corporate Office in Chandler, AZ that is looking for an Human Resources Coordinator to join the team.
This is a full-time in-office Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm position. must have 1+ year of Human Resources as an Assistant / Clerk or Coordinator, experience to qualify. Pay Rate $19-$21 per hour.
Responsibilities :
Conducts pre-employment processing for new hires, including background checks and verification of I-9 documents.
Coordinates the onboarding process for Retail, Corporate, and Distribution Center locations, providing essential support to hiring managers.
Researches rehire eligibility and makes hiring recommendations.
Assists in processing employee assignment changes such as transfers, promotions, status changes, and terminations.
Ensures auditing and compliance align with employment guidelines.
Maintains personnel files, ensuring compliance with relevant legal requirements.
Collaborates with HR business partners to execute various tasks as required.
Regularly updates employee information in the HR database.
Handles phone and email requests for employment verifications.
Assists in tracking employee participation in the Travel Reduction Program.
Processes inter-office mail.
Performs additional clerical duties and assignments as directed.
Job Qualifications :
Demonstrated general knowledge of HR functions and workflows.
Capable of completing tasks and projects with minimal supervision.
Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Maintains professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive data and situations.
Adaptable to changing work functions, with the ability to prioritize assignments.
Experience working with HRIS systems; Oracle Cloud Systems experience is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
