- Own, shape, evolve, and amplify our brand voice and visual identity across all touchpoints
- Oversee production of creative assets including web, video, email, display, presentations, product sheets, social, events, photography, and more
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines and collaborate across various cross functional teams to ensure employees, channels, partners, and other parties are properly utilizing the brand
- Influence and represent brand in user experience design across digital touchpoints including website and customer portals
- Establish strong partnerships with key stakeholders including LOB marketing leaders, and serve as a senior ambassador of our brand
- Understand the balance between process and efficient, iterative production to ensure leaders and stakeholders are satisfied with priorities & timelines
- Build, manage, and mentor a small team of designers/writers in a remote and hybrid workforce environment
- Monitor the Syniverse brand and competitive landscape to understand current state of identity executions, activation efforts, and market trends and recommend and execute improvements that elevate the brand
- Build out a set of goals and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of the Syniverse brand, communicate its value to the organization, and demonstrate ROI
- BA or BFA in Graphic Design or other related design discipline
- 12+ years of experience in brand identity management, creative direction, design or other related work; agency experience preferred
- Strong creative background with ability to do go from concept to final product across various channels and mediums, digital and physical
- Skilled presenter who inspires stakeholders, senior management, and your team
- Solid knowledge of the requirements of the creative process including typical time and resources needed to produce with efficiency quality work on time, and to specification
- Appreciate the time and place to be stringent about process, understanding when to make shortcut exceptions, and how to balance art with business goals
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative capabilities, including project management and cross-functional leadership
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite
