Corporate Recruiter

Our client, a facilities services contractor, is looking for a temporary Corporate Recruiter to support their team in Bethesda, MD

About You:

• 3+ years of HR recruitment experience (security and service-oriented professionals recruitment experience a major plus).
• Must have experience recruiting virtually.
• Must have a good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word.
• Must have experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (iCIMs preferred).
• Organized and detail-oriented with excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

The Job:

• Work with managers to fill vacancies, maintain Vacancy Tracking Logs, and assure vacancies are closed quickly.
• Screen applicants and manage onboarding processing for candidates.
• Work with operations managers on recruitment plan for new contracts.
• Post openings and utilize the Internet for recruitment.
• Ensure all aspects of onboarding are completed prior to new hires beginning to train.
• Other duties as assigned.

This is a temporary position that pays $28/hr-$32/hr and is slated to last for 3-6 months (with potential to extend). If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply today with your resume in Microsoft Word format
