Travel Coordinator - Now Hiring

Airline Retiree Pass Bureau is seeking a friendly and organized individual to plan and manage personal travel for airline retirees.
Responsibilities include answering phone calls and email inquiries.  Offer suggestions and information about travel arrangements, such as schedules and fare quotes.  Gather traveler information and make bookings for air travel. Reschedule passengers affected by flight changes, interruptions or cancellations, etc.  Process ticket refunds if needed.
 
You will establish working relationships with the airline retirees, while providing a valuable service to our clients.
There are no quotas or mandatory goals to be met.  
This is a part-time flexible position with potential to full-time.
 
This is a remote / work from home position.  
The candidate must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Must reside in the Raleigh, NC area.
Must have a computer, phone, internet, and email.
Must have previous airline / travel industry experience.
