Work Remotely Mobile Notary

Certified Mobile Notary Service (https://certifiedmobilenotaryservice.com) is seeking for someone to fill the position of a Remote Docs Drawer to work in the U.S.

DUTIES:

Effectively communicate status and expectations to processors, loan originators, escrow/title, etc.
Analyze credit package/loan docs for accuracy.
Ensure data integrity.
Review each loan for compliance with RESPA, RESPA tolerances, TILA, and MDIA.
Make detailed notes as needed in the LOS conversation log.
Maintain a high level of customer service by responding to emails and phone calls in a timely manner.
Performs other duties as assigned, including assisting other team members and management as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

Doc Drawing
CDs
Closing/Funding

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer and Internet.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/CONDITIONS: General office environment. Some lifting and bending required.

PAYMENT: $85.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment
