Description: The Warehouse Manager will serve as the overall floor manager for day to day operation of the entire warehouse. This individual should be highly organized, have a keen eye for detail, and work diligently to build and develop a strong warehouse team. Collaborative management and teamwork are a must in this role as we all work together to innovate creative solutions, expand our team rapidly, and maintain our overall level of excellence. The Warehouse Manager will be tasked with understanding a wide range of skills and systems including our inventory, and general daily outbound and inbound protocols and procedures. Early hours, weekend, and longer days may be required during peak seasons.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in related field.
• Valid Driver's License
• 1-2 years Management experience

Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Management of warehouse employees (10-15 people) and work to develop a cross functional group to increase efficiencies and scalability
• Manage inventory and maintain regular cycle counts
• Ensure Warehouse organization to maintain efficient operations, safety procedures and general cleanliness
• Manage all Warehouse vendors and deliveries to make sure supplies are received accurately
• Coordinate receiving and put away of new inventory
• Serve as the lead motivator of the Warehouse team in order to achieve daily, weekly, monthly and annual warehouse goals and objectives
• Receive and process depot orders from customer service and ensure we have inventory for all
• Work with warehouse staff on order fulfillment
• Help Warehouse Manager to Ship confirmation of all sales orders (depot, samples, eCommerce, etc.) to make sure that all orders are confirmed in a reasonable time.
• Inform customer service of any/ and all shortages due to production lead time, zero inventory count, as well as work on replacement fulfillment.
• Inform customer service of any and all delays.
• Assist in planning and implementation of department initiatives in collaboration with the Logistics Manager
• Lead in the training of all new employees and/or temps
