- Capable of independently managing projects of high complexity, high risk, and very high business impact
- Supports complex initiatives that involve cross-functional/org work, external partnerships, and coordination between teams that often have competing priorities
- Demonstrated track record for identifying and delivering high impact, well-adopted projects
- Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
- Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results (e.g, evaluates the current processes and procedures and recommends alternative approaches)
- Networks with key contacts outside their own area of expertise
- Work on projects with a defined business problem, but the technical strategy and solution are unknown
- In order to comply with U.S. Government information security and federal contractor regulations, including Department of Defense Cloud Computing Security Requirements for Impact Level 6 Cloud Service Provider personnel, and facilitate compliance with other regulations such as FedRAMP High baseline, and requirements of certain federal contracts, this role is open to United States citizens only.
- 7+ years of technical program/project/relationship management experience
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to complete projects with multiple dependencies and constraints
- Experience defining programs, operational processes, identifying risks, managing cost, coordinating scope, identifying dependencies, scheduling and deploying new products and features
- Ability to build relationships with and manage diverse stakeholders remotely
- Experience working in a high velocity, dynamic environment
- Domain experience in US government and industry security compliance frameworks (e.g. FedRAMP), and broader Assurance and/or Security
- Domain experience in security compliance and auditing (e.g. FedRAMP, PCI)
- Experience creating executive level presentations and other collateral
- PMP Certification and/or Agile Certifications are preferred
