Senior Recruiter

Piper Companies is a rapidly growing staffing firm seeking a Sr. Recruiter to join our brand new team in Charlotte, NC. We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Recruiter to make an impact the most pressing business in the office; set realistic sourcing, recruitment, activity, and fulfillment goals; and deliver qualified candidates for client staffing needs.

Essential Duties of a Senior Recruiter: 

• Source and recruit top talent from job boards, LinkedIn, and our Applicant Tracking System (ATS); perform full life cycle recruiting tasks
• Create and upload Piper roles to our career portal and job boards including Monster, Dice, Indeed and LinkedIn, and Targetrecruit  
• Maintain a high level of production-related candidate outreach and recruitment activity, log all recruiting activity in Salesforce 

Qualifications & Skills of a Senior Recruiter: 

• 1 - 2+ years of high-performing recruiting and/or staffing experience  
• Preferable experience recruiting technical and IT skill sets
• Ability to meet and surpass minimum weekly, monthly, and quarterly activity goals 
• Willingness to utilize networking and referrals to recruit potential talented candidates
• Experience with online recruiting software applications such as Targetrecruit, Applicant Tracking System, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, Dice, etc.
• Ability to walk candidates through every step of the recruitment process

Compensation & Benefits for a Senior Recruiter: 

• $55,000 – $65,000 base salary (depending on experience) plus uncapped commission and bonus plan
