The Deery Automotive Group today consists of 13 dealerships and 3 collision centers representing 17 domestic and import franchises, employing more than 600 people. Founded in 1909 and further developed by John Deery Sr. and continuing under the third and fourth generations of Deery management, the organization takes great pride in both customer and employee satisfaction
DUTIES:

• Learn automobiles and services offerings, features, and pricing;
• Set up sales department KPIs;
• Communicate with clients to understand their sales options and Car Model;
• Identify current sales process bottlenecks and inconsistencies.
