Job Description
Project Manager - High-end Residential - Boston MA Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Project Executive, Superintendent and subcontractors to execute high-quality project completion on schedule
- Manage Owner/Architect Design Milestone schedule
- Oversee change management process with owners & architects
- Communicate with client & architects
- Analyze construction documents for construct-ability, coordination, & quality standards

The Successful Applicant
Project Manager - High-end Residential - Boston MA Qualifications:
- Ability to successfully manage high-quality work
- Proficient in MS Office, Bluebeam & Procore
- 5+ years experience in high-end residential construction
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Experience with Brownstone renovations (preferred)
